PVC fabric with PVDF coated.

The material is a multilayer composite:

Base: High Tenacity Polyester Yarn.

Covering: Double-sided PVC coating with a top layer of PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) varnish.

Weight: from 650 g/m² to 1100 g/m² (depending on thickness and purpose).

Tensile Strength: Very high. For example, for a fabric with a density of 850 g/m², the strength can reach 3500–4000 N/5 cm in warp and weft.

UV resistance: Claimed to last for more than 10-15 years. PVDF varnish blocks the damaging effects of the sun.

Fire resistance: Meets international standards such as DIN 4102 B1, NFPA 701, BS 5867 Part 1 Type C. This is critical for public buildings.

Temperature range: Operation is possible over a wide range, typically -30°C to 70°C. The material does not crack in the cold.

Waterproof: Completely sealed, withstands high water pressure (often indicated as > 2000 mm water column).

Roll width up to 3.2 m.
